What we collect. When you request your complimentary classes, we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred location, class preference, prior CrossFit experience, and confirmation of Hudson Valley Hospice employment.

How we use it. Only to contact you about your trial, help you schedule classes, and share information about the employee membership benefit. We do not sell your information.

Text messages. If you opt in, CrossFit 845 may send texts about your requested trial. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics. We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this page.

Health information. This page does not ask for medical information. Please share any activity restrictions directly with a coach.
